Challenge: in 1998, the “Fast Lane” program was launched with
6 Ford dealers in Ontario to test Ford’s entry into the
“No appointment repair” market.

In order to launch the concept, an introduction package including
A video of testimonials and findings from the pilot program
Was sent to over 600 Ford dealers across Canada.
There were 40 FastLane dealerships as of Spring 2001.
